GENEVA- Judith A. Lembach, 66, formerly of Windsor, passed away, Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Pine Grove Healthcare Center in Geneva. She was born April 11, 1946 in Greensburg, PA; she was the daughter of John W. and Mary (McGrath) Celesnik. Judi enjoyed reading and lived for her family. Survivors include her children, Anneliese Pollock of Mentor, William Scott Lembach of Windsor and Patricia (Christopher) Garrett of Willowick; grandchildren, Kyle John and William Maxwell; sister, Donna Mika of Mentor; brother, Jack Celesnik of Aurora; and numerous nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her former husband, William A. Lembach; and her parents. A mass will be held 10AM, Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Our Lady of Peace Parish, St Joseph worship site 3330 Lake Avenue, Ashtabula; Fr. Ernesto Rodriguez will preside. Burial will take place at a later date. Calling hours will be held from 2-4Pm and 6-8Pm on Monday, May 21, 2012 at the ZABACK-DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 500 W. Prospect (RT 20), Ashtabula.
