Stephen Clyde Mochoskay
ASHTABULA - Stephen Clyde Mochoskay, 55, of Ashtabula passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017, following a long illness.

He was born September 9, 1961 in Ashtabula, to George and Shirley (Stevenson) Mochoskay. Steve was a member of First Christian Church and also was a 1979 graduate of Harbor High School.

Steve will be remembered for his droll sense of humor, his ability to build something useful out of just about anything, and tending to his vegetable garden.

He loved animals, and they loved him, especially his cats. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone, especially his mom.

Steve was preceded in death by his father in 2001. He is survived by his mother; sisters, Michelle Stroup and Jenny (Keith) Addair; and nephews, Chris, Nick and Zack Stroup,and Matt and Derek Van Norman. He also leaves behind aunts and uncles, John and Sally Stevenson of Florida, Barbara Roe of Tennessee, and Jim Walter of Ashtabula, as well as several cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30PM on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at ZABACK-WILLIAMS-DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 500 W. Prospect Rd., Ashtabula with Rev. Mark Mong officiating. Calling hours will be held Thursday at the funeral home from 5:00PM until the time of service.
