RATES:

   $70 per hour / three-hour minimum plus tip
 
   $140 limousine flat rate to the airport (Cleveland-Hopkins or Erie) plus tip
   	-$100 to airport if other car than a limousine 
   	- $190 flat rate to Pittsburgh Airport

   All trips will have 20% gratuity added for the driver.  

   $35 one-time flat-rate charge if first pick-up or last drop-off is outside 
   Ashtabula County.

   $35 per hour waiting time for delayed flights at the airport.

    THE LIVERY STICKER:

    What is the livery sticker?  It is to protect you.  Any vehicle which 
    is rented out for a fee must carry a special license.  This license 
    requires a minimum $350,000 in liability insurance should the vehicle 
    be involved in an accident and any passengers be injured. 
    If the limousine you are using does not have one of these stickers,
    it is being operated illegally and you may be at great risk.
